Priority 1: Literacy/NYC Reads
By June, 2027, literacy for All Students will improve, as measured by a 10% Increase, from 36% to 46%, of percentage of students on or above grade level on the EOY i-Ready assessment.
By June 2027, literacy for All Students in Grades K-2 will improve, as measured by a 3% increase, from 59% to 62% on or above grade level on the EOY Acadience Assessment.
By June, 2027, literacy for English Language Learners (ELL) will improve, as measured by a 15% Increase, from 8% to 23%, of percentage of students on or above grade level on the EOY i-Ready assessment.
Priority 2: Math/NYC Solves
By June, 2027, mathematics for All Students will improve, as measured by a 9% Increase, from 51% to 60%, of percentage of students on or above grade level on the EOY i-Ready assessment.
By June, 2027, mathematics for English Language Learners (ELL) will improve, as measured by a 15% Increase, from 30% to 45%, of percentage of students on or above grade level on the EOY i-Ready assessment.
By June, 2027, mathematics for Students with Disabilities (SWD) will improve, as measured by a 15% Increase, from 32% to 47%, of percentage of students on or above grade level on the EOY i-Ready assessment.
Priority 3: Safe and Inclusive Schools
By June 2027, safety for all students will improve, as measured by a decrease of 5 in the number of Level 1–5 incidents, from 37 to 32, per the online OORS reports.
Priority 4: College and Career Readiness
By June 2027, the percentage of active NYC Kids RISE college savings accounts for all students will increase by 16 percentage points, from 64% to 80%, as measured by NYC Kids RISE enrollment reports.
By June 2027, the percentage of all students demonstrating proficiency will increase by 20 percentage points, from 70% to 90%, as measured by STARS.
Priority 5: Attendance/Chronically Present, Every Day Matters
By June 2027, the percentage of chronically absent students will decrease by 2 percentage points, from 19% to 17%, as measured by the New Vision Attendance Reports.
Additional Priority: High Quality Inclusive and Accessible Learning for Students with Disabilities
By June 2027, literacy for Students with Disabilities (SWD) will improve, as measured by a 15-percentage-point increase, from 16% to 31%, in the percentage of students on or above grade level on the EOY i-Ready assessment.
